Day 1 (Night in Marmaris)
Arrival at Marmaris Marina and embarkation from 17:00h. Captain’s briefing. Distribution of cabins, placing of personal luggage in the cabins and provisions in the holds (food, beverages, etc.) Dinner either in one of the beautiful restaurants on the seaside or in one of the more typical ones hidden in the internal streets of Marmaris then either party in the city center of Marmaris or back to relax on the boat.
Day 2 (Night in Loryma)
Breakfast, sailing out of the port. Captain´s briefing and Sea safety tips. The journey begins, little swim in the open sea and first navigation experience under sails (3h), anchoring in a wild and picturesque shelter behind the island of (A…A…)* for lunch and bathing in its transparent, turquoise water. Navigation (2h) and anchoring at Bozuk Buku Bay; Hiking through the ancient Citadel of Loryma (splendid view of the bay from the summit). Dinner on board anchored in the middle of the wide bay protected by a circus of hills and mountains.
Day 3 (Night in Bozburun)
Sailing (2h) towards the desert island of (I…A…)*, one of our favorite secret anchorages located in a natural reserve. Bathing in the clear water and snorkeling in a magnificent setting; starfish, giant shells and multicolored fish. Hike and discovery of the islet. Picking wild figs & lunch on board. Navigation (2h) to Bozburun bay. Its rich waters often attract dolphins. Unforgettable arrival at the small port of Bozburun. This cute stopover is shared by fishermen and sailboats. It is one of the most peaceful villages in the coast. The inhabitants are of a remarkable kindness. They were traditionally sponge fishermen who have become builders of traditional wooden Gullets. Shopping for those who wish: crafts, carpets, wooden miniature models of boats, etc. Dinner at one of the several restaurants surrounding the small port of the village. The reflections of the fishing boats on the still water at night will delight photography lovers.
Day 4 (Night at Nusr-Et)
Famous ¨Turkish breakfast¨ in the village or breakfast on board. Victualling: fresh traditional village bread, delicious fruits and vegetables. We are ready to sail again!
Navigation (3h) and slalom sailing between countless islands, a wild scenery populated with rare and protected species of angora goats hanging on the cliffs looking down at us. Anchorage beside the island of (K….)*, visit of the Byzantine ruins in the island and snorkeling along underwater ruins or crossing (depending on the weather conditions) to a tiny islet and discover its underwater reef, lunch on board. Sailing 1h to an amazing bay where the sumptuous 5 stars “D-Maris” resort is established, we will anchor in this wild bay then go ashore to have a sundowner at the most beautiful bar overlooking this magical bay, then we can have dinner at the world famous restaurant Nusr-Et (Salt Bae) famous for his unique recipes of meat dishes cooked and served in style.
Day 5 (Night in Sogut)
Entering the neighboring bay of Bencik, this magnificent bay is carved like a fjord which goes deep inland, surrounded by pine trees coming down to the waterfront, we can either have a little stop and swim there or keep sailing (2h) to our next stop, the ¨Aquarium¨. This crystal clear water bay with its small beach shelters some ancient ruins and the most transparent waters in the whole area... snorkeling and lunch onboard.
Sailing (1h) to Sogut, a wide bay that shelters one of the most famous fish restaurants famous for its seafood dishes and its amazing setting of tables on a wooden deck on the water where our boat will be moored.
Day 6 (Night in Pirate's bay)
Navigation (1h) towards the “Baby’s Bath” bay, famous for being so calm and peaceful, anchor in the crystal-clear waters, snorkeling and jumping from the cliffs or relaxing on the deck, lunch on board. Sailing towards “Pirate’s cove”, anchorage in this secret bay, this pirate hideout has remained a secret location until today. It’s one of our ¨coup de Coeur¨ Night bath in the middle of phosphorescent plankton, an unforgettable sensation.
Day 7 (Night in Marmaris)
Navigation (3h) and anchor in the bay of Kadirga, sometimes dolphins follow us into the bay. Last swim in these turquoise waters. In its multiple coves, this bay shelters countless sailboats making their last stop in the wilderness before heading back to civilization in the huge bay of Marmaris. Sailing (1h30) back to Netsel Marina, the most famous and largest marina in the entire eastern Mediterranean. We will refuel before mooring to our dock at 16:00. Ballads, dinner in the city center of Marmaris or party in the famous “bar street” for those who like.
Day 8
Last breakfast on board, tidying up the boat and personal luggage. Depending on the return flight timings, visit of Marmaris, shopping in the big bazaar, etc.
