Day 1 – Embark in Bonifacio, Corsica

Arrival at Bonifacio’s impressive natural fjord is already a highlight. The medieval citadel perched on its white limestone cliffs sets the tone for the adventure ahead. After a welcome aboard and settling into your cabins, we set sail at 4 PM.

First stop: the wild bay of Roccapina (2.5 hours).
Anchored beneath the famous Lion of Roccapina rock formation, you’ll spend your first night in a postcard-perfect bay where Corsica reveals its raw beauty. The water here is crystal clear, and the sunset paints the granite lion in golden shades.

Day 2 – From Roccapina to the Lavezzi Islands and La Maddalena

Morning sail (3.5 hours) south to the Lavezzi Islands, a granite paradise scattered with white beaches and emerald waters. This marine reserve is a sanctuary for fish and seabirds – perfect for snorkeling and wandering along trails among giant boulders.

By afternoon, we cross into Sardinia and head to La Maddalena (2.5 hours).
We moor in Cala Gavetta Marina, the charming little port of La Maddalena town. Narrow streets, lively piazzas, and gelaterias invite us for an evening stroll.

Day 3 – Discovering Caprera

After breakfast, a short sail (2 hours) takes us to Cala Garibaldi, a beautiful cove where turquoise waters meet white sand beaches backed by pine trees. Swim, paddle, or simply float and enjoy the quiet.

In the afternoon, we continue to Cala Coticcio (1 hour), famously called Tahiti.
This small bay is one of the most breathtaking in the archipelago: shallow turquoise lagoons framed by pink granite rocks. Anchoring is forbidden here, but mooring buoys are available – ensuring protection of this fragile paradise.

Day 4 – The Costa Smeralda Experience

We sail (1 hour) to Cala Granu, a tiny cove with a white sandy beach and clear waters – perfect for a lunch stop and swim.

Then, only a short hop away (30 min), lies Porto Cervo, the beating heart of the Costa Smeralda.
The marina here is legendary: a place where superyachts gather and the atmosphere sparkles with chic boutiques, gourmet restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. Tonight, you’ll experience the glamour of Sardinia.

Day 5 – Secret Coves of Spargi Island

We set sail westwards (2 hours) to Cala Napoletana, a quiet anchorage surrounded by sculpted rocks and transparent waters. A swim here feels like entering a giant natural swimming pool.

Later (1.5 hours), we anchor in Cala Corsara on Spargi Island.
This wild bay, framed by surreal rock formations, is one of the treasures of the Maddalena archipelago. At night, under the stars, the beach sometimes comes alive with wild boars visiting the shore – an unforgettable encounter.

Day 6 – The Pink Beach & Back to Corsica

In the morning, a short sail (1 hour) takes us to the legendary Spiaggia Rosa (Pink Beach) of Budelli. Its sand owes its pink glow to crushed coral and shells – a protected site where anchoring is not allowed, but we can admire it from the sea.

Nearby, we stop at Porto della Madonna, a lagoon of dazzling turquoise water between three islands. It’s the ultimate spot for swimming and lunch on board.

In the afternoon, we sail north across the strait (4 hours) back to Corsica and spend the night in the magnificent bay of Santa Giulia. Mooring buoys keep the bay pristine. In the early morning, horses can often be seen bathing at the water’s edge – pure magic.

Day 7 – Return to Bonifacio

Before heading back, we return once more to the Lavezzi Islands (2 hours) for a last swim in this paradise of granite boulders and sandy beaches.

In the afternoon, a final short sail (1.5 hours) brings us back into Bonifacio. Watching the citadel appear above the cliffs from the sea is one of the Mediterranean’s great sailing experiences.

Day 8 – Disembarkation
After breakfast, farewell and disembarkation at 9 AM in Bonifacio. You leave with a heart full of turquoise waters, wild anchorages, starry nights, and memories of two unforgettable islands.

✨ This itinerary mixes wild untouched nature with iconic destinations, keeping sailing distances short while offering the very best of Corsica and Sardinia: rugged bays, island-hopping, glamorous ports, and hidden turquoise lagoons.
